Our sex and relationships book club takes place every other month and alternates between a book about sex (women only) and a book about relationships (all gender inclusive).
This group is facilitated by LuAnn Oliver, LCSW, founder of Heartswell. She is an experienced couples therapist and in training to become a certified sex therapist. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and a willingness to lean into uncomfortable topics in a lighthearted way.
The group will occur on the 2nd Wednesday of odd months at 8:00 p.m.

Spring 2023 Restore & Explore Outdoor Farm Retreat
Postponed: I am sorry to inform you that this retreat has been postponed. Lindsay is taking a break from retreats for 2024 and I am going to take some time to reset and explore where my energy is most meaningfully placed (I’m considering local Yoga Nidra, local day-long Yoga Nidra retreats, and couples/sex workshops/retreats…please let me know if you have interest in any of these).
Please check back for updates on events. We currently have a yoga series scheduled to begin in September, which is an awesome opportunity!

At this all-gender-inclusive outdoor retreat, you can connect more deeply into yourself to restore what is lost, disrupted, or stuck due to the stress of being human. You can create fresh, new life. As we restore and ease the nervous system, we’ll explore new ways to approach existing personal challenges, change stuck patterns, heal old wounds, and find deeper meaning.
